Today it became known that by its decree the president put into effect the decision of the SNSD, dated the end of last year on a set of measures aimed at ensuring information security of Ukraine.
As far as we can understand, there is an open and closed part of the document, but by how many agencies are involved in the implementation of events, it was prepared not one day and a rather large team of specialists, including our foreign partners. Now it is clear that one task, for different departments, will synchronize the work of each segment and if someone is sagging, then other departments will quickly pull up the lagging one and, at least, the sagging will be noticeably coordinating center, which is headed by the Bloody Pastor Turchinov. It is on these issues that the relevant heads of ministries and departments will report to him. It seems that the Moscow freeman on TV, in print and online publications has come to its logical conclusion. In the near future we will see how this works.
It should be noted that the blow is applied to the very heart of the hybrid. Information support of aggression is the main element of an undeclared war and this was felt not only by Ukraine, but by Europe, the States and many others. Therefore, all actively engaged in developing means of countering the Russian means of disinformation, which flooded many countries of the world. It is clear that our instruments must be the most acute and powerful, for we are already in a state of hot war with Russia and therefore must give the most stiff and resolute rebuff to the enemy.
It should be noted that Ukraine, as a state and as a society, has undergone significant changes in the shortest historical period. Strictly speaking, for the years of independence our statehood was assessed according to culinary standards: neither fish nor meat. We went into the illusion of strange neutrality and some kind of incomprehensible "friendship" with Russia, which in front of us sharpened a knife for our throat, and we even helped her in this necessary matter. So the state floated along the "non-aligned" course, and the society so lost its landmarks that it hardly identified itself as Ukrainians.
And now three years have passed, for which we have gone an incredible way. Yes, there were still a lot of amorphous and indifferent fellow citizens, and some of them remained a part of the already rotten shovel. Nevertheless, in any society the main trend is set by 10-20% of the active part of the population and its mood determines the direction of the movement of the entire mass of the people. So, this leading part was so wound up that the consequences of this will be felt for decades.
In principle, the Ukrainians were quite inert and peaceful. Even fighting and fighting well, as part of the Russian or Austrian-Hungarian army, or even in the army of the Ottoman Empire, they never initiated wars and conflicts, avoiding bloodshed until the very last opportunity.
Putin and his fans did to us what few people could do. Three years in vain did not pass. The Ukrainians took up arms seriously. And everything, for which they are taken, becomes a very serious and skillful tool. We build well, grow bread well, but we also fight well, only all the time - for someone, but now for ourselves. So, Putin woke a skillful, strong, intelligent and bloodthirsty predator.
This decree, which we wrote about in the beginning, is nothing but the beginning of a real information war. Russia has exerted tough information pressure, almost without encountering resistance, and now - will not only resist, but will also receive retaliatory strikes.
By the way, this decree coincided with the release of officers and sergeants from the corresponding schools. The most interesting is the release of sergeants. Here, the standards of the US Army are taken as a model, where the sergeant's status is incredibly high and completely incomparable with the status of sergeant in the Soviet army. The National Army Academy has produced graduates of professional sergeants who will strengthen the already growing army. Ukraine will never again have a pathetic likeness of the army.
Already, in fact, something happened that can not be imagined. Almost the entire army, and certainly the entire active army is staffed on a professional basis. We have a contract army, with a very serious, fired reserve. The troops in the rear are replenished by graduates of educational institutions in Ukraine and trained abroad by military specialists. The units themselves are not getting out of the training grounds and grounds. The army is already beginning to play with muscles, and its strike component - is torn into battle. Those who are still on that side of the division, have not yet seen these troops, but they will certainly see it. And then they should look very carefully, for such a war, to which they are accustomed, will not, and it will be necessary to catch a glimpse of something before there is nothing to watch.
Here this heap of clowns who call themselves "army corps" will go for stuffing so quickly that many will not even have time to shoot themselves. But that is not all. The populists should know that there are so many people waiting for the attack of the APU that they do not even imagine it. Moreover, these people are waiting not just for liberation from the occupation, but for a signal to repay for all that the occupier has taken from them during this time. Many of our people, who are in occupation, are already ready for the "night of long knives". So, when the offensive begins, there will be no place to hide. Local residents already know who will be allowed to spend before our troops fully regain control of their terrain. People are already stocked with everything necessary and waiting.
Yes, we militarized and militarized further. And, we do it not abstractly. We know who our enemy is and most of us do not need captive occupiers. How much we have changed in these three years they will soon find out. We did not want to be that kind of thing, but we already became and this will not change anything except the death of the last occupier.
