Igor Tikhonenkov (Quiet) is a citizen of Russia, resident of Moscow, the staff of the Russian intelligence;

Arthur Cancer (Varyag) is a citizen of Russia, resident of Saratov. The youngest member of the group, the only survivors after the explosion.
