The "anti-recessionary" program of Putin and the Government of the Russian Federation is, first of all, political, and then already both economic, and financial bankruptcy.

While mad commentators discuss mad actions of the mad government and try to understand, how significantly the Russian economy will be helped by decrease in a key interest rate of the Central Bank from 17% to 15%, thus without forgetting to speak about (senseless) support of ruble, "Vaska listens and eats": all decisions in the country are made not by everyones there conditional Kudrinami and Dvorkovichami, and even not the Government of the Russian Federation, but absolutely real Security Council of the Russian Federation, as a part of Putin, the director of FSB Bortnikov, the Chief of Presidential Administration Ivanov, the Minister of Internal Affairs Kolokoltsev, the Minister of Foreign Affairs Lavrov, the secretary of Security Council Patrushev, the director of SVR Fradkov, the Minister of Defence Shoygu, Gryzlov, Matviyenko, Medvedev, Nurgaliyev and Naryshkin. And even from this structure of "permanent members" of Security Council the real people making real decisions are narrowed to narrower real circle, to us well-known – Putin, Patrushev, Bortnikov, Fradkov, Shoygu.

In total. It is that hop - the company which operates Russia politically, legally, economically and financially. Anybody is more Russia and does not operate in any way.

That will be with economy of Russia I wrote much, long and even is already boring. The majority of the forecasts given in July and August on a short-term outlook came true. The majority of the forecasts given recently on short-term and medium-term outlook will come true. Nobody can give forecasts for dlinnosrochny prospect because the mankind history does not know such experiments yet.

I have two questions to Putin, Patrushev, Bortnikov, Fradkov and Shoygu. I understand that they – rhetorical as neither Putin, nor Patrushev, neither Bortnikov, nor Fradkov, Shoygu do not understand about what I ask. Then I will ask the same questions and the Russian public.

First question.

Security Council of the Russian Federation, operating Russia in all aspects of activity of the state, perhaps, can have any road map by recognition of borders of the Russian Federation by the international community? If yes, as it to learn that? The matter is that for the first time for many decades after the end of World War II, having passed in Stalin, Khrushchev, Brezhnev, Andropov, Chernenko, Gorbachev and Yeltsin's post-war years, Russia at Putin stopped having is international the recognized and recognized borders. The reason for that – decisions and actions of Security Council of the Russian Federation which first anniversary we will also "note" in three weeks.

If the Russian government does not operate the Russian Federation, and the state operates nobody chosen self-appointed hop - Putin, Patrushev, Bortnikov, Frakdov and Shoygu's company, I, and the same other bydlomassa of the population of the country, we wish to know: what road map hop - the companies on legitimization and recognition of frontiers of the Russian Federation?

I want to notice also, especially for Mikhail Khodorkovsky, Alexei Navalny and other people of such caliber respected by me that no "road map" is present because it at hop - the companies to be and cannot, by definition. And here essentially there is only a binary result: or "Our Crimea" it is also international recognized borders at the Russian Federation is not present and will never be, or "Not our Crimea". Here is only black or white; there is no shade gray. Also know, why? For two reasons.

First, because the Budapest memorandum FOREVER fixed situation that the Crimea is a territory of Ukraine. Absolutely no matter, "whose" it was to Khrushchev, after Khrushchev, at the priest Gapona or at a mongolo-tatar yoke. The Budapest memorandum was signed in the 90th the XX a century, but not in the XVIII century, and it was signed forever. Other signers of this memorandum will NEVER agree that it could be signed not forever. Besides, the vast majority of other countries of the world will also disagree with it. And therefore at the Russian Federation it will never be international recognized borders, "Our Crimea" so far.

Secondly, violation of two constitutions (Constitutions of Ukraine and the Constitution of the Russian Federation), in a combination with holding illegal "referendum" under caterpillars of tanks and under barrels of machine guns Russian (i.e. foreign) armies in the territory of independent and sovereign Ukraine, means that the world community NEVER recognizes accession of the Crimea to Russia. And therefore at the Russian Federation it will never be international recognized borders, "Our Crimea" so far.

What anti-recessionary program can be discussed in these conditions? You in the right mind? The Russian Federation will be under sanctions infinitely long, the Crimea will remain an absolute black hole for all Russian citizens, and for foreigners it will be the Russian Somalia – eternally subsidized under eternal sanctions, the piece of the earth unnecessary anybody which does not have the overland message with continental Russia.

Without it will be international recognized borders Russia to remain investoneprigodny, toxic, the country derelict.

Second question.

In 2003 Putin, Sechin and other hop - the company decided to steal other company, not "hop". The company which at that time was the best and effective large private company of Russia. This hop - the company simply selected 40 billion dollars in market capitalization of Yukos which, at that time, had huge joint-stock base – these lost 40 billion not only Khodorkovsky, Lebedev, Nevzlin, etc., but also thousands of minority shareholders of Yukos, both Russian, and foreign. Hop - the company decided to steal 40 billion dollars in market capitalization of the public traded first-class private company of world value, and stole! Put the stolen assets in Rosneft and Sechina set up there, to milk all its financial streams for ever and for the benefit of all common fund – all this hop - the companies.

In 2014 day of payment – more than 50 billion dollars in the satisfied international claims from the former shareholders of the stolen asset came. Unfortunately, claims came not to hop - the companies, and to the Russian Federation, i.e. to 140 million bydlomassa of the population of the country. Hop - the company stole, and it will be necessary to pay off to taxpayers. Something does not grow together in this logic, isn't that so?

Annexation of the Crimea and the launched war in the east of Ukraine which led to destructions and to death of people from many countries (from Ukraine, Russia, the USA, the Netherlands, Malaysia, Australia, Indonesia, Great Britain, Germany, Belgium, Philippines, Canada, New Zealand, etc.), mean not only fault and moral costs for future generations of the Russian citizens, but also hundreds of billions dollars in new international claims, and also trillions of dollars in straight and indirect losses for economy and finance of Russia on long for many years. Most likely – for decades.

Claims from Ukraine for annexation of the Crimea and the destroyed East will exceed claims for Yukos in 10 or even by 20 times is from 500 billion dollars to one trillion. The international sanctions, toxicity of the country, the status of the country derelict will mean many trillions of dollars in outflow of investments, in imperfect transactions, in falling of GDP, in decrease in quantity of workplaces, in falling of a consumer demand, in falling of sales, in bankruptcies of the companies, in falling of taxable base, in falling of taxes, in flight of the capital during unlimited number of time – so far this self-appointed hop - the company remains at the actual power.

My question to the Russian public: who will pay these bills? Russian taxpayers? Or hop - Putin, Patrushev, Bortnikov, Frakdov, Shoygu's company and their accomplices?

Somebody asks these questions? Somebody in general considers these figures, except me?
