The security service of Ukraine opened criminal proceedings against the Russian actor Mikhail Porechenkov.

"The security service of Ukraine has opened a criminal case against a citizen of the Russian Federation Mikhail Porechenkov for St-3 of the Criminal code of Ukraine for participation in terrorist activity called "DND", - stated in the message.

In article 258-3 the criminal code of Ukraine States that the creation of a terrorist group or terrorist organization, the leadership of such a group or organization or participation in it, as well as organizational or other assistance to the establishment or activities of a terrorist group or terrorist organization shall be punished by imprisonment for the term of 8 to 15 years.

Recall, today it became known that the Investigative Department of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Ukraine has also initiated criminal proceedings against the Russian actor Mikhail Porechenkov on Art. 260 part 4 of the criminal code (participation in the membership of an illegal armed formation).
