October 26 - elections to the Verkhovna Rada.

They are exactly five months after the presidential election.

As a presidential candidate, I promised the Association Agreement with the European Union. And we have signed, ratified, and began to run. Although it was given this very difficult. Even on the day of signing, 27 June, when I landed in Brussels, several European leaders still hesitated to give the green light to the Agreement or not.

I promised cleansing power - law on lustration signed, and it has already begun.

Promised extraordinary elections of the Parliament - and they already tomorrow.

I dissolved the old Parliament, not only because it has long been an obedient tool in the hands of the dictator. And not only because it includes dozens of MPs are the fifth column in Russia. And not only because the elections were Glad one of the key demands of the Revolution of dignity. But also because in a few months has seen its extremely low reform capacity. Friends, wet is not lit. And it is very hard to press on the gas with the reforms, when hundreds of people's deputies synchronously concerted pressure on the brakes!

Now is the time to complete a full reset of power. I believe deep renewal and rejuvenation of the Verkhovna Rada. Will see, will it be a whole new Parliament.

To implement the developed strategy of reform, political will me more than enough. But we still have the majority in the Verkhovna Rada. Reform, not corruption. Pro-Ukrainian and Pro-European, and not Pro-Soviet.

Without such a majority in the Parliament, the presidential program in June, trusted by millions of Ukrainians, and they will remain on paper.

My team has already prepared a draft coalition agreement. It is based on the "Strategy-2020". It developed the plan changes, the implementation of which will ensure the implementation of European standards of life and a worthy place in the world. By 2020, Ukraine should be ready to apply for membership in the European Union.

We realize that the chance of Ukraine on the development of destroying not only the corruption and oligarchy, but the irresponsibility of politicians and boundless populism.

The new coalition agreement should go exactly clear plan of reform, not sweet promises or distribution on the basis of the compromised party quotas.

If we follow this approach, then nothing and nobody would prevent reforms. Final result - though not quickly and not immediately - every man must feel his wallet.

Implementation of the "Strategy - 2020" will mean the rise of the economy, jobs, decent wages, decent pensions, high scholarship, successful own business.

I will do everything I can to a new coalition and a new government had been formed as quickly as possible and rolling his sleeves up and grit your teeth, undertook reforms.

Dear compatriots!

My sympathies you can only guess. Because they do not have the right to campaign for any political force, especially today. You have a very wide selection. The government has provided a fair, competitive, free and transparent election campaign. It is fully comply with European standards.

Choose according to their conscience. Remember only that voting for money now is a crime not only those who buy and those who sell. To measure your voice UAH means to trade Homeland. This is a hundred times illegal and sinful in the conditions, when tens of thousands of people risk their lives defending their country.

Most important, our goal is peace. Our valiant soldiers released from terrorists major part of Donbass and there tomorrow, too, will be elections.

And only through a political settlement can return those territories, where military solution to the problem is not and cannot be. It is possible to storm the Donetsk so as not to destroy him? It is a city of foreign invaders. And for me he is our, native, Ukrainian, and live there taken hostage my countrymen. So no criticalto - no matter how painful it was not - will not stop me from finding a peaceful solution to the situation.

However, on the strengthening of the army we don't forget. Gunpowder keep dry and operate on the principle of "all for the front, everything for victory".

The decision to cease fire primarily benefited the defense. Breath, closed up the wound, pulled human reserves, they brought weapons, delivered equipment, erected fortifications. All armored plants are in ATO in three shifts. And today we are much more than a month and a half ago. God forbid, but let that slip!

We are building our new Ukrainian house on a solid Foundation of European values and Patriotic enthusiasm of all Ukrainian people.
