This was stated in Lviv ex-President of Ukraine Leonid Kuchma, a correspondent of UKRINFORM reported.

So inevitably something like operations, conducted by Marshal Zhukov in Odessa," he said.
Regarding the unilateral implementation of the Minsk agreements Kuchma noted that the work to be performed and the opposite side is not interrupted for an hour and is conducted in many areas. This, in particular, meetings and consultations with members of the OSCE mission, controlling the situation in the Donbas, and the release of prisoners.
The next step is the meeting of the presidents of Ukraine and Russia in Milan. Although, according to Kuchma, the great hope of shifts not, however, need to make small steps in the direction of the real world. Because the imaginary withdrawal of Russian troops from the Ukrainian borders don't mean anything. This is another move before Milan and before the meeting of "twenty" in Australia.
The former President believes that such action is necessary to reassure the public, and then the whole world will hear the statement, saying, "see, I'm his troops were taken, and in Ukraine, the war continues, because it is a civil war in which Ukrainians are fighting with the Ukrainians. I don't have anything, so please cancel as promised sanctions against Russia."
"This is scary for us, because we have heard the statements of Western politicians, including Obama's lifting of restrictions, if Putin will take troops from the Ukrainian border. The problem can be solved only serious pressure," said Kuchma.
About their own emotions about the lengthy process of implementation of agreements, the former President said: "I Wish today was signed, and on the second day of silence, but we must understand the complex processes occur. Putin does not want to see Ukraine as a stable, he wants us to have controlled enclave. Here we should not allow it to prevent the border within the state. The border should be only between Ukraine and Russia. And our border guards should only be there, reinforced by the OSCE mission, peacekeeping forces of the UN or some other forces. When will the Ukrainian border, we will deal with enclaves on its territory. So let's not mourn that could not be done all at once. It's no one. But what fewer people die, it's also quite a great result."
