The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko announced agreements with some foreign partners on delivery in Ukraine new intelligence technology.

He said this, speaking at the session hall of the Parliament on Tuesday, reports Tsenzor.net with reference to Interfax.

"We need to improve the skills of modern warfare. Some types of advanced precision weapons, we have only begun to deliver, and this morning I had talks with the leaders of the two is extremely important to our partners, which I confirmed delivery new intelligence technology, which will significantly increase the effectiveness of the Armed forces of Ukraine", - said the head of state.

According to him, unfortunately, some types of precision weapons "we can't even dream of".

"It will be the task of the new Minister of defense to establish such effective cooperation, to show that the effectiveness of our army, which will allow us to claim it," he said, introducing a new candidate for the post of defense Minister Stepan Poltorak.

Poroshenko said that it expects the new head of the defense Department to create a powerful system of defence of Ukraine, reforming logistics troops, including taking into account the positive experience of the National guard of Ukraine.

"On a radically different level standing today issues of international cooperation, including military-technical and military cooperation with our partner countries, NATO, EU, USA, Canada and others," he said.

Poroshenko also noted the importance of establishing effective cooperation with volunteers to ensure all necessary army.
