Howitzers, armoured combat vehicles and multiple launch rocket systems fire can be used for militants

The Russian military technique, concentrated in the Rostov region of the Russian Federation, leaves a location and can be deployed in Ukraine. This was reported by the U.S. Ambassador Jeffrey Piatt in his Twitter.

The U.S. Ambassador also released a satellite image of the Russian military base near the border with Ukraine, dated September 28, on which are marked accumulation of military equipment.

"Howitzers, armoured combat vehicles and reactive systems of volley fire, which we believe may be intended for separatist forces continue to leave the deployment location near the Russian border," wrote Pyatt.
