The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko awarded the honorary title of major General, commander of highly Mobile airborne troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Hero of Ukraine Michael Zabrodsky.

The head of state said during a working trip to Donetsk region, informs Цензор НЕТ with reference to пресс-службу президента.

"Appreciating the combat feat of highly Mobile landing troops and their commanders, I made the decision to sign the decree about assignment to the commander of the airborne troops Colonel Michael Zabrodsky V. the rank of major General," he said.
Petro Poroshenko praised the service of Michael Zabrodsky. "I am confident that today is the field General who is proud of all of Ukraine, which became a symbol of the airborne troops - a fearless, professional, educated, who commands a well-armed Armed Forces, which has demonstrated and will demonstrate your unique abilities," said the Supreme commander.
