The problem of the tragedy in Mukachevo not be solved in a few lines of " Facebook " . There are a lot of layers. And a lot of questions that need to be answered .

1. Whether to arrange a war in a peaceful town? Is it worth risking people's lives for the sake of such demonstrative military action?

2. Solves the problem of smuggling in the field of negotiations of the group of armed men with one of the officials with a machine gun, grenade launcher and machine guns? Or is it a problem of relations between groups of influence?

3. Does the state justice and the struggle against smuggling?

4. How to ensure the opportunity to engage in import in Ukraine, if you don't have the roof completely corrupt local SBU, the interior Ministry, the SFS, the state border service, the Prosecutor's office, courts?

5. What has been done for the formation of effective authority in the border areas, who's ruled by a mafia of smugglers or effective local government?

6. Is it reasonable to expect that the state will build the system of local authorities, and conduct real decentralization, build professional security forces, or cranky should switch to guerrilla warfare with undesirable officials and deputies?

7. Is it possible to solve any state of the problem by creating hysterics and information war on social media and in the media? Or remember that we are all citizens of one country, and before you insult and throw mud of whose action to us incomprehensible and unpleasant, it is necessary to know the motives? Or just go to different trenches, to fool each other head?

8. Can the category of "lawfully not legally be the basis for discussion in a country where the law does not enjoy a reputation even among those in power?

9. Will there be another shooting and bloodshed in the border areas, if we, society and the state is not going to start something immediately to change?

How to solve the problem of Mukachevo, from my point of view:

1. To stop the military operation, a group of "PS" to surrender their weapons to the authorities they trust.

2. Public process and the investigation of the tragedy. The one on whose fault there was a firefight should be prosecuted. The investigation should be entrusted to the first of zamgenprokurora David Sakvarelidze.

3. Public process to investigate who of local officials and deputies involved in the smuggling, with the participation of the local community.

4. The management of the State fiscal service and the security Service in Transcarpathia should be dismissed immediately - smuggling and fight it is their direct jurisdiction. The responsibility lies on the conscience of these officials, and they should pay for it without hiding behind the posts.

5. The immediate reforms in key areas in the border areas - first of all, the creation of viable structures in the police, fiscal service, the courts, the Prosecutor's office, the secret service. Reducing the number and improving the quality of personnel, improvement of material conditions. It should be announced and start doing immediately, and not only in Transcarpathia.

6. Immediately to determine the status of the volunteer movement in Ukraine, to legalize the units of the patriots in the composition of the local structures of self-defense, and to put into legal framework the issues of storage and weapon use.

7. To adopt a law on the legalization of unarmed citizens.
