Answering the question of when to end the fighting in the East of the country, and whether they will end the victory for Ukraine, V. Chaly said: "we have certain terms, problems related to the implementation of the Minsk agreements associated with the sanctions, they are clearly tied to the end of this year to early next year".

"I think it (the war. - Ed.) must end as fast as possible, but the question is that the reintegration of these territories will take more time," he said.

"There is no guarantee that we're going to fight (countries that are strategic partners of Ukraine. - Ed.) in our territory. It is the task of the Ukrainian people, who are ready for it. But the fact that we expect a different level of support is obvious, and such an understanding we have with our strategic partners," concluded Chaly.
