In the past professional military. I graduated from the Odessa institute of land forces - more than 9 years I served in AFU in a landing.

Upon termination of the military contract, I taught in Volynsk lyceum with the strengthened military and physical preparation. I trained fighters of Self-defense of Volhynia.

I am married, has the 5-year-old daughter.

When we in the Ministry of Internal Affairs started creating voluntary battalions over all country, Alexander - without reflections agreed to head the company of patrol service of a special purpose of "Svityaz" of Regional Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Volynsk area created in June, 2014.

Alexander Fatsevich selected fighters by three criteria: good physical preparation, service in armies and readiness to protect the Homeland.

On August 12, 2014 fighters of "Svityazya" took oath of allegiance to the people of Ukraine. On August 14, 2014 the special forces of "Svityaz" were are sent to the anti-terrorist operation zone.

The first baptism of fire the company of "Svityaz" took part in fights near Illovaysk.

In December, 2014 fighters of "Svityazya" under command Alexander Fatsevich were directed under Uglegorsk. On January 30, 2015 during approach of separatists to Debaltseve, fighters of special forces appeared in an environment. Three days of "Svityaz" I held the fort then with fight I escaped from an environment, having brought with itself fighters of AFU – without loss, taking out wounded and the weapon.

To the captain Alexander Fatsevich the special rank the major was given, I had honor then to hand to Alexander the prize nominal gun.

For the courage and heroism shown during anti-terrorist operation in January, 2015 during defense of the city of Uglegorsk the militia major Alexander Fatsevich Ukazom Prezidenta of Ukraine "For Courage" ІІІ degrees is awarded the order.

And if to leave from strict lines of a semi-official organ – Alexander one of the most authoritative fighting officers - battalion commanders of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. At the beginning of February when I met Fatsevich's "Svityaz" after fights near Uglekorsk – I wrote some lines on Facebook:

Today on the way home to Volyn asked the guys to call in the Ministry – handed early military ranks, premium weapons, insignia "For valour".
