
The Minister of Foreign Affairs and the international development Frantsi Laurent Fabius declared that the situation with transfer of two "Mistrals" of Russia on changed, Moscow won't receive them.
As the Censor.NET, with reference to Ukrinform, he declared it in the answer to questions of the British and American journalists which extended the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of France.
"The answer will be short: anything. The state of affairs didn't change after the last statements of the president (France François Hollande). We are now in the period when the decision (about transfer of helicopter carriers) it is suspended. I have no other comments", - Fabius told, answering at the request of journalists to tell about "business of Mistrals" .
This week the French mass media with reference to own sources in the Ministry of Defence of France reported that French and Russians in a row conduct some weeks secret negotiations on destiny of Mistrals that "to find the solution which would suit both states".
Earlier it was reported that two Mistral helicopter carriers "Vladivostok" and "Sevastopol" under the French flags are in Penoye's bay of the port of Saint Nazaire in the west of France. "Sevastopol" returned to the port of registry after three-day trial runs today.
We will remind, Vladimir Putin declared today that Russia won't demand from France penal payments for non-deliveries of Mistrals as believes in decency of French.
