I considered that the policy does not concern me, and I can always stand to the side.

And now for the first time in my life, I had to change my principles when I saw the revolution of Dignity in Kiev. The first time I felt that it was a chance to change our lives and our society, and that takes precedence over any money. When we organized the Euromaidan in Dnipropetrovsk during the revolution of Dignity, against us has instituted criminal proceedings, and the company went verification. When Yanukovych was running, and Russia invaded the Crimea, the regional Council of Dnipropetrovsk oblast was 106 deputies PR 140 and one of the main agents of Russian influence Oleg Tsarev, the Communists and the "regionals" unfolded Pro-Russian propaganda. We had no police, no courts, no prosecution, no SBU. There were people everywhere, designated "regionals" who sat and did everything to hinder our work, so we are unable to gain a foothold.

And now for the first time in my life, Igor Kolomoisky invited me to the most important and absolutely not profitable project is to protect our Homeland, and to protect the Dnepropetrovsk from war and occupation. No one was able to help us, and we entered the war with saboteurs and terrorists the resources we had. It's a few dozen people our security companies with pump-action shotguns, as well as dozens of children from the "Right" sector, which our countryman Dmitry jarosz unexpectedly led square, and who immediately came to the defense of Dnepropetrovsky.

The power was not working, the budget had no money and we had to do it all. We fought without weapons, without having anything - and we had to repel terrorists, and to prepare the army for war. We lived for months in the offices. We didn't spend the tenders, when filled tanks, bought all the necessary parts, food and supplies.

We did what he thought was necessary, because except for us in Dnepropetrovsk Ukrainian authorities did not exist. Yes, we took any help. And we demanded that all support. Was it legal? Have all of our comrades in the struggle of good citizens? Of course not. We were at war, and we were interested only in whether it is possible to count on the man in battle.

Don't ask me what decisions I had to make. We did what is not customary to write in the history books. We are catching and frustrated Russian agents, we were searching for weapons - because neither the army nor the police did not give volunteers weapons until the middle of may. We bypassed all the laws that prevent us to fight. And we formed the first volunteer units, the first volunteer battalions in the country, and as soon as they obtained weapons, fighters immediately, even without zeroing machines at landfills was spent on the job. We saved the country. And we did a tour of duty.

During our work on the territory of Dnipropetrovsk oblast were no riots or terrorist acts. Was neutralized several dozen Russian agents. SBU arrested three of the subversive group that planned the assassination of the leadership of the area - we wanted to shoot, blow up. We repelled all attacks.

We didn't expect thanks from power, because we fought not for money but for our country.

This year we have not privatized any assets, we did not participate in auctions. We didn't have time to earn, we spend money. All the money we have listed either on the defense Fund of the country, or on specific projects to support the army and police.

What we got from the government? Against me and our team of criminal cases initiated on 8, now open new. Against those who tried to destroy the revolution, and that supporters of Yanukovych, Vilkul, Kuchma, Firtash there is not a single criminal case. They sat at the resorts, comply with the "neutrality" of money, and while they remained pure. And we fought, and now for many officials we became enemies.

We cleaned out the enemy with the Ukrainian lands. We made them afraid to cross the border region. We have become the Foundation for the deployment of troops of all operational command South, and solved for them all the questions without any calls from Kiev. We have built the best hospital system and evacuate the wounded, we organized the delivery of shells and all kinds of supplies, we are leaders in mobilizing people and technology leaders in the payment of taxes of all types in Ukraine. We have proved the case as we are able to work.

I turned to Igor Valerievich Kolomoisky to release me from his post. I'm not going to participate in the restoration of the old vicious system where the construction of lining up the feeders for a chosen people. I want to also add that we are opposed to the surrender of national interests in energy, transport, the economy. We don't want to participate in a disgusting corruption, which again is created in the power of the efforts of some high-ranking officials and leaders of some parties.

We fought to stop lying. We will not forget that here, our team buried a few hundred of our comrades who gave their lives to change our country. We do not believe that we came into conflict for principles and not for money. Well, we don't cling to power. We don't want to participate in the conspiracy of officials against their own people. We decided to withdraw from power. So now nothing could limit our ability to criticize and rip open sore problems and abscesses of the state.

We leave Dnepropetrovsk region with a record budget surplus of 2.8 billion USD. We started the reform in all sectors of the regional economy. We have prepared the area for defense, and over the whole earth Ukrainian flags fluttered.

And I want to tell my countrymen, I want to say to all the patriots of Ukraine. As if someone did not want, we won't abandon you, and we will not back down from a fight. We stay with you. And we will not allow to repeat the 2005 year, we will not allow "any friends" again to sell the Pro-Russian clans, and again to put us in dependence on Moscow. We also don't say revenge of the party of regions and the Opposition bloc.

We will prove that for principles and for the sake of truth we will not stop and will go to the end. After a year of war, we are not afraid. We reserve power cabinets in native Dnipropetrovsk, but we remain true Ukrainian patriots, and we continue the fight.
