The president Petr Poroshenko is sure that the EU, the USA and other states will continue to support Ukraine in its fight for the sovereignty and territorial integrity, including – the weapon if it is required.

"If the new round of aggression against Ukraine is begun, I can claim surely that we will immediately receive both the lethal weapon, and a new wave of sanctions against an aggressor. We will act is rigid and coordinated", - the President said in interview to 1+1 TV channel.

The head of state reported that Ukraine has contracts with a number of EU countries for arms supplies, including - lethal. He reminded that official embargo of the EU on arms supplies by Ukraine was taken off.

Poroshenko called fatal the decision of the U.S. President on deliveries to Ukraine of the defensive weapon which includes armored machinery, tactical unmanned aerial vehicles, counterbattery stations. According to him, these means increase the accuracy and efficiency of the Ukrainian weapon, and thermal imagers and a radar for detection of the movement help to counteract prospecting and diversionary groups of the opponent.

"In what difference of a position of Ukraine and a position of Russia? Trust Ukraine because Ukraine accurately and strictly carries out all arrangements which it assumed", - Poroshenko noted. The head of state reminded that Ukraine promised to cease fire, to take away heavy arms, and everything executed.

Thus, the President told, Ukraine doesn't weaken the defense capability. "We use this time to restore the damaged equipment. Now pass intensive fighting doctrines, in the most tankoopasny directions the mining is carried out and engineering constructions according to the new plan and projects are under construction", - the President told.
