Russian-terrorist troops on Donbass continue to violate roughly conditions of the Minsk arrangements, carrying out attacks of positions of the Ukrainian troops and, on certain sites, - attempts of offensive actions.

The most intense situation developed on the seaside (Mariupol) direction, near the settlement of Shirokino where for days terrorists carried out offensive actions, applying mortars and armored machinery. Also activity of formations of Russian-terrorist troops is recorded around N of the item of Avdeevk, Thin, Sokolniki, Sand and some other settlements.

Around Bezymennoye (The Mariupol direction) concentration of artillery group of Russian-terrorist troops is observed, here the opponent forms a powerful artillery fist. 16 RSZO installations, 28 tools of barreled artillery are recorded (from them at least 12 SAU - 122 mm 2C1 of "Tack" and 152 mm 2C3 "Acacia").

Through Debaltseve to the south, to the region of N of the item. Snow and the Red Beam, some columns of motor transport and armored machinery proceeded. In their structure - 24 tanks, 35 BBM, about 25 units of motor transport.

To the region Mayorsk the opponent threw an armored group. In its structure - 6 tanks, 11 BBM, with assistance of the battery of anti-tank artillery (six 100-mm Rapier MT-12 tools).

In Gorlovka local fighters strenuously spread rumors that the Ukrainian troops actively prepare for approach ("in revenge for Debaltseve").

Due to the lack of the fixing wood in the occupied territory of Donbass both mines, and "kopanka" in large quantities stop. Among representatives of the terrorist organizations concerning "coal business" the silent panic gradually accrues. "Hunting" behind the fixing wood in occupied territories gains steam, the conflicts on this soil, including with a use of weapons are recorded.

In "DNR" "reform of system of the higher education" as a result of which there was under the threat of disappearance a Donetsk national university proceeds. At once some faculties to DONN are closed for the banal reason of lack of funds for their contents. The special resonance was received by closing of the international faculty (by the way, which teaching staff in the spring of 2014 actively supported "DNR"). Attempts to protest from a teaching staff are stopped by threats of fighters of "DNR" to carry out arrests of the most dissatisfied "for undermining authority of public authority".

In "LNR" "the information commission" for which the task of monitoring of an air in the occupied territory regarding existence of the Ukrainian telecasting is set is formed special. The purpose of activity of "commission" is full removal of the Ukrainian TV channels (including entertaining) from a grid of a broadcasting to territories of "LNR".

In Makeyevka "food revolt" ripens. The local population expresses extreme dissatisfaction the transcendental prices established on foodstuff (1 kg of herring – 116-120 UAH). Escalation of social tension is promoted by that fact that the armed deserters - "rebels" of "DNR" from among locals deserting because of chronic nonpayment of a salary from "DNR" in large quantities come back to Makeyevka.

To Debaltseve after withdrawal of the Ukrainian troops mass marauding doesn't stop. Take active part in it not only fighters, but also the locals plundering dwellings of the neighbors.

The management of "DNR" purges New Azov "municipal administration". "Mayor" of the city from "DNR" is discharged of performance of official duties, him suspect of plunder of "humanitarian aid" from the Russian Federation. Persons involved on "criminal case" passes also some representatives of "city administration".
