The situation in the anti-terrorist operation zone continues to remain intense, Russian-terrorist troops continue to carry out attacks of positions of the Ukrainian troops actively.

On the main operational directions there is a regrouping of formations of Russian-terrorist troops, activization of resource and material security of process of restoration of fighting capacity of formations of the opponent by their fitting with manpower, arms and military equipment is noted. For the last days pass from Russia on the territory of occupied territories on Donbass of at least 4 escorts of supply is recorded (in total to 55 transport units, and also 28 units of military equipment, including tanks, BBM and self-propelled artillery).

For 19.02.2015 in the area Debaltseve the opponent tried to prevent an exit of separate and residual groups of the Ukrainian divisions of structure of Debaltsevsky group, carrying out so-called "cleaning" of the city and adjacent vicinities. On Kalinovk's site – Logvinovo – Lower Lozovoye towards N of the item. Lugansk and Svetlodarsk firefights were periodically fixed. Fighters and the Russian military personnel tried to expose barriers and conducted chaotic fire on the main transport ways on this site.

Existence in the area Debaltseve (to the south of and to the east of this settlement) divisions of Armed forces of the Russian Federation is noted. These divisions are perfectly equipped, armed and equipped (are disguised under "Novorossiya's army"). In particular, 3 battallion tactical groups (BTG) of the Russian troops and 2 artillery groups supporting them are recorded (all - 35 tanks, 68 BBM, to 50 tools of barreled artillery and 24 RSZO installations). Data of BTG were directly involved in fights for Debaltseve in interaction with bands of "DNR" and "LNR". The command structures directing "Debaltsevsky operation" (including point of management of a gun-fire), are also completed by regular officers of the Russian Federation. During "operation", as well as at present, before divisions of Russian Armed Forces the bands from local fighters (now take positions in the city and in the northern direction) much worse armed and equipped worked.

The regrouping of the main striking tactical forces of the opponent deep into of the occupied territory of Donbass is recorded. Besides, to the district of Gorlovka and Yenakiyevo from the region Debaltseve the remains of the tactical group of structure "Gorlovsky garrison" of terrorists participating in fights for Uglegorsk are thrown (11 tanks, 8 BBM, 2 batteries – one mortar, other anti-tank, 4 PTRK and 4 anti-tank Rapier MT-12 tool). Movement of several mobile groups "LNR" (generally the remains of so-called "Cossack" formations and local fighters) by motor transport to the district of Pervomaisk (to 250 people is recorded at several 120-mm mortars and 4 tanks).

For last days artillery groups of Russian-terrorist troops around N of the item Donetsk struck blows to positions of the Ukrainian troops around N of the item. Sand, Marinka, Water and Skilled (3 times – from RSZO, generally blows were struck from barreled artillery and mortars). The Ukrainian troops returned fire - incidentally and only on in advance reconnoitered and specified purposes.

To the region Donetsk the fresh tactical group is thrown through Snow and Shakhtyorsk by motor transport (to 20 trucks and 3 minibuses). As a part of a column 4 BMP-2 and 2 BTR-80 as protection on march are also recorded. This tactical group is completed by the local fighters and the Russian mercenaries who had training in the territory of the Russian Federation in educational camps of the Russian intelligence services.

In Snow, Donetsk, Yenakiyevo, Gorlovka continues to arrive on repair from under Debaltseve the damaged equipment of fighters.
To the region Bezymennoye (the district of Novoazovsk) from the territory of the Russian Federation there arrived the mixed group of fighters and Russian mercenaries number to the strengthened company (130 people, 4 tanks, 6 trucks, 6 D-30 tools and the mortar battery). Together with this group there arrived the prospecting group completed with the military personnel of GRU GSh of Russian Armed Forces (17 people, 3 jeeps and the minibus).
