The American senators John McCain and Lindsay Graham urge to provide immediately to Ukraine defensive arms because of a failure of the Minsk arrangements.

In their opinion, Washington has to punish for it Moscow: to exclude Russia from the SWIFT financial system and to provide to Ukraine the weapon. Further diplomatic negotiations senators call unacceptable.
