Washington urges not to allow failure of the agreements reached in Minsk

The USA call Russia and the fighters supported by the Kremlin immediately to stop attacks to positions of the Ukrainian military personnel in Debaltsevo and other settlements where the ceasefire regime is broken. About it it is said in the statement of the State Department Spokesperson Jen Psaki.

"The United States are seriously concerned by deterioration of a situation in and around Debaltsevo in the east of Ukraine. Special monitoring mission of OSCE confirms that attacks proceed in this area, and also in other settlements, including Severodonetsk, Lugansk and Donetsk", - it is told in the message.

In State Department reminded that the day before fighters publicly refused to take away heavy arms, and safety guarantees weren't provided to observers of OSCE.

"This aggression and statements of the separatists supported by Russia can break a ceasefire regime and threaten the planned conclusion of heavy arms as it is provided by the agreements concluded on February 12 in Minsk", - Jen Psaki declared.

According to her, the USA watch closely messages on a new column of the Russian military equipment which goes towards Debaltsevo.

"We call Russia and separatists whom it supports, immediately to stop all attacks and to resume dialogue with mediation of OSCE for ceasefire", - added in State Department.

Earlier it was reported that for Debaltsevo heavy fighting is conducted. In a staff of anti-terrorist operation confirmed that fighters violate arrangements and on branch of heavy arms.
