The truce on the Debaltsevsky base lasted no more than three hours. Violations of ceasefire by the Russian troops have mass character. According to sources "the Censor.NET", since 03.00 on February 15 the Russian artillery again opened fire on the Ukrainian positions.

Today the opponent attacked the Ukrainian strong point in Chernukhino - our troops didn't open fire until there was a threat of capture of our positions - backfire destroyed BMP, attack is beaten off. Attack by single tools of howitzer artillery and mortars proceeds. Positions of our troops, Debaltsevo and Chernukhino remain under constant fire. And though it is not massive attacks of the last three days, intensity slightly decreased.

But it is obvious that it resulted not from peace agreements. The opponent now will receive ammunition from the 14th gumkonvoya, will rearrange and will go forward.

Russia defiantly and roughly violate conditions of a truce and the Minsk agreement.

The Ukrainian artillery satisfies conditions of a truce and today fire doesn't open.

Intensity of military operations decreased still yesterday - and here is not only the political reason - the nature dense fog covered the Ukrainian positions. What will be when fog descends?

The opponent strongly keeps Logvinovo-Kalinovk's region and the route M103. For supply of the Debaltsevsky base there was one bypass country road between number heights which makes Logvinovo's detour around the Lower Lozova.

The Russian parts it is accented strike blows to Chernukhino's regions and around heights at the villages of Novogrigoryevka and Lower to Lozovoye. They try to cut off the only country road on which movement is still possible.

In the night of the 13th for February 14th of height around a bypass road are occupied with divisions of National guard. The national guard carried out some escorts with supply and ammunition on the base.

But it doesn't mean that the situation became less difficult. The normal message between the Debaltsevsky base and Artemovsk doesn't exist. There can pass on the road only escorts with armored machinery. Operation was facilitated by fog and night. The normal message on the road isn't present - it is exposed to fire of the opponent. The Russian groups try to occupy key height in this area 303,4.

The menacing situation on the road remains., and possibilities of ensuring normal supply under constant fire are extremely small. If number heights get under control of the opponent, the Russian command will manage to close an environment ring, and then the Debaltsevsky base will turn into "copper". Besides, the proceeding shellings of a position of VSU in the area Lower Lozovoye - Novogrigoryevka show that the opponent intends to close an environment in blow from two parties.

Without any doubts, Russians prepare such blow under cover of a truce.

The opponent isn't going to satisfy truce conditions. However the debaltsevsky base can't be taken without counterattacks from Lugansk and without support of artillery. Unilateral observance of conditions of a truce by the Ukrainian troops allows the opponent to be prepared for new approach freely.

The situation on the debaltsevsky base demands immediate decisions.

Option 1:

We are obliged to react immediately to gross violations by the Russian military command of conditions of the Minsk truce while the opponent didn't use our passivity for approach. It is necessary to react the only way - to attack. But large forces, it is coordinated. And not Muzhenko from Vozdukhoflotsky Avenue, and the professional and competent commander, the expert commander shouldn't to order offensive operations, and such excellent battalion commanders in this area just are. Decisions have to be made on a place, with existence at the commander of full independence in the decisions. We concentrated big forces, at the majority of parts good motivation, and according to all participants of fights. that we couldn't destroy the opponent around Kalinovka-Logvinovo it is exclusive wine of the dull management which can't establish neither relation, nor interaction, fighting application. Divisions are engaged to action without input in a situation, is separate, in parts, receiving in the course of fight new inconsistent tasks and introduction.

It is impossible to order so such great soldiers and officers.

We don't have need to occupy itself Logvinovo. It is necessary to take heights and settlements along the route. And then the opponent will leave Logvinovo's region itself - unlike us the Russian groups don't maintain flank rounds.

Option 2:

Yes, as it is heavy to tell it, but someone has to tell. Today Debaltsevo is a symbol of a feat. But it is impossible to turn this symbol of heroism into a tragedy synonym as it was made by the General Staff in the new terminal of the Donetsk airport. If we aren't going to come and smash the enemy artillery in response to violation of the Minsk agreements then it is necessary to make the decision on a conclusion of the Ukrainian troops from the Debaltsevsky base.

As a result of fights on January 17 - on February 14, we suffered considerable losses.

It is impossible to conduct military operations in the conditions of an environment, without continuous approach of reserves, and in the conditions of big superiority of artillery of the opponent. The one who says that an environment it normally and it is possible to keep - simply the liar who itself never sat in an environment and who didn't spend also days under attack of howitzers and heavy mortars.

Our soldiers do it - but it becomes thanks to will and character, but how many it is possible to be at war contrary to tactics elements? Yes, they will keep further, but what price?

The Debaltsevsky base kept including thanks to attacks from Lugansk, and to powerful influence of the Ukrainian artillery in this area. If there is no this support, the opponent will freely concentrate troops, and will cut off the last course.

Needs for supply on the base big - rare escorts are not full supply. And except supply on the base it is time to carry out long ago rotation of parts which don't disengage already whole month. There are divisions which are for the advanced fourth month in a row.

If supply, fresh parts for rotation and fresh armored reserves could be thrown on the base - yes, it would make sense to say that it is necessary to keep. But whether we can make it without control of Kalinovka-Logvinovo's region? No.

All seven again created crews of the Russian mercenaries took part in this battle by the shock divisions, and all of them suffered heavy losses, and couldn't break the Ukrainian defense. If the opponent receives time for rearrangement, rest and replenishment, they will strike new blow. And it is better for us to reflect it not in the conditions of an operational environment, and in reliable positions.

Now favorable meteoconditions to make fast withdrawal from the base. It won't reduce fighting spirit of our army at all - on the contrary is the unique and justified maneuver in this situation.

Disturbed me that the chief of the General Staff Muzhenko demanded to hold оин from key sites of defense by forces of National guard which he constantly tries to discredit in the opinion of the Commander-in-chief. I think that Muzhenko lost control of a situation and instead of taking the responsibility, tries to shift it to other department. Also unscrupulously it arrived near Ilovaysk and on the 32nd post.

Debaltsevo's value as transport knot is already seriously reduced - as a result of attacks of the Russian troops the most part of transport infrastructure is already destroyed.

Heroes of the Debaltsevsky base the unprecedented courage and the self-sacrifice completely carried out a fighting task in incredibly heavy situation - they won for us world support and they the firmness allowed to conclude a truce, favorable to us. Russia already broke a truce, but is still compelled to refrain from large-scale actions. But only escalation will be farther.

Debaltsevo's heroes can recede with is proud of the raised head. They battle simply excellent. Guys die in the last ditch. Tens times on perimeter of the base arose crises, and repeatedly tanks of the opponent rushed on strong points. But our soldiers gave to the Russian groups worthy repulse.

There is a modern large-scale war. And in it war sometimes should recede and maneuver - because it is impossible to be strong always and everywhere. We will keep army - we will keep Ukraine.
