Control over the implementation of a ceasefire regime is imposed on the general major Alexander Rozmaznin.

We will remind, the agreement on ceasefire was reached during hours-long negotiations of the president of France François Hollande, the German chancellor Angela Merkel, the president of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko and the Russian President Vladimir Putin ("a Norman format") in the night from Wednesday to Thursday.

Following the results of negotiations the tripartite contact group signed "A package of measures on implementation of the Minsk agreements". The document contains 13 points and first of all provides comprehensive ceasefire Donbass, starting with 00 h. 00 min. (Kiev time) on February 15, 2015. Leaders of "the Norman four" in turn orally approved the declaration in support of this package of measures.
