The Russian artillery conducts continuous fire on residential quarters of Debaltsevo of Donetsk region.

It is told about it with the statement the press service of the National Security and Defense Council, the Censor.NET.

According to the statement, Russian-terrorist troops, without having opportunity to break through defense of the Ukrainian military personnel, second day in a row conducts a gun-fire on residential quarters of Debaltsevo with use of heavy howitzer artillery and systems of volley fire. Satellites of supervision fix a black smoke cloud which closes all city. Even pictures from space fix scale of crimes against humanity of the Russian military personnel and terrorist groups under control to them.

"Despite the Minsk arrangements, they try to raze to the ground Debaltsevo, realizing that in the city there were many civilians. Moreover, the representative of the terrorist organization "DNR" Alexander Zakharchenko declares non-recognition of the Minsk arrangements and continuation of military operations, in particular plans for firing for Debaltsevo that is one more proof of undisguised attempts of the Russian Federation and terrorists under control to it to break arrangements concerning ceasefire and a peaceful manner of a stop of aggression", - is said in the statement.
