The United States have the confirmed information on crossing of the Ukrainian border from Russia of tanks and missile systems during the last several days.

As the Censor.NET with reference to Ukrinform, it was declared on Friday by the speaker of US State department Jen Psaki. The Russian divisions on border with Ukraine "prepare a large consignment of deliveries for the pro-Russian forces which are at war in the east to Ukraine" the representative of State Department continued. "It obviously contradicts spirit of the agreement reached this week", - Psaki emphasized, having added that it also goes to a section with the Minsk arrangements signed in September.

Besides, the speaker of State Department paid attention to a rocket shelling and the proceeding approach to anti-terrorist operation forces around Debaltsevo. "We are sure that it is the Russian military of system, not separatist. Besides, the Russian military deployed air defense systems nearby of Debaltsevo. We are also sure that it is Russian systems", - Psaki emphasized.
