Experts of armed forces of the USA consider that Russia directly intruded on the territory of Ukraine, and its troops are active under Debaltsevo.

As Censor.NET with reference to Gazeta.ru, reports Reuters about it.

"It is obvious by quantity of regimentals and types of the equipment that direct Russian military invasion around Debaltsevo takes place", - the commander of group of troops of the USA in Europe declared, the general Hodges, acting on military base in Poland. 

Hodges also reported that from Russia at border with Ukraine ten battalions are concentrated.
