"Throughout the day fights around Logvinovo on the route M-103 proceeded. Unfortunately, it wasn't succeeded to destroy the broken enemy. The Russian groups feverishly strengthen positions around Logvinovo, and managed to develop defense.

The Debaltsevsky base still in an operational environment. It means that free supply of our troops is complicated. And on condition of further transfer of reserves the opponent, undoubtedly, will make an attempt completely to cork an operational bag in the nearest future.

The route M-103 is cut already second day. And the opponent throws additional forces for Logvinovo's deduction, at the same time trying to threaten Svetlodarsku. To us quite on forces to deblock a ring under Logvinovo. Big concentration of the Russian troops isn't present there, however they receive strengthening, and every hour it becomes more difficult to destroy the opponent.

The situation becomes aggravated, and positive changes in this area aren't present.
The opponent exhausted by fights almost completely stopped attacks on other sectors of the front, and drew up the main forces and reserves to Debaltsevo, bared other sites of the front. Therefore it won't be possible to beat out the enemy from Logvinovo without concentration of our troops. It is impossible to be strong everywhere - maneuver by forces and means is necessary.

It should be noted that on all perimeter of the base the Ukrainian parts surely hold the positions and beat off all attacks. However the cut communications already started creating problems - activity of our artillery around Debaltsevo sharply decreased, and some wounded fighters receive the help in the city, them can't take out to Artemovsk.

But the Ukrainian command shows absolutely inexplicable sluggishness. Attacks are carried out by small divisions, isn't coordinated, and without necessary interaction. These weak attacks bring us losses of excellent soldiers, but without achievement of result.

The General Staff reports that there are fights though the situation demands urgent defeat of an advance party of the opponent.

The menacing situation demands much more competent and resolute actions, and concentration from both parties of Logvinovo of well motivated military units.

The reason of sluggishness is obvious - deblokady Debaltsevo's guide was assumed personally by the chief of the General Staff Victor Muzhenko. This military leader again badly imagines a situation and is engaged in self-complacency and calm of the Supreme Commander instead of the sober critical analysis and the plan of action.

Thanks to derivation of the Russian groups on Debaltsevo, the regiment of National guard "Azov" in interaction began offensive operation near Mariupol with the purpose to take a number of the major positions with VSU, and considerably expanded a safety belt round Mariupol to prevent new attacks of the Russian troops to residential quarters. This approach creates obvious threat of Novoazovsku. Actions of "Azov" have to become an example for our troops on other sectors of the front - opportunity to use derivation of forces of the opponent and to perform offensive operations for improvement of positions in other sectors was created.

The Russian troops from Gorlovka fired from RSZO "Tornado" at anti-terrorist operation staff in Kramatorsk, and residential quarters, killed civilians. It is an act of intimidation and the real terrorism.

I don't think that peace talks will force Putin to unblock our troops. Crisis on the Debaltsevsky arch should be solved by force of arms.
