SBU published a surname of the Russian who carried out preparation and coordinated actions of the inhabitant of the Lugansk area planning act of terrorism in the center of Kiev in December of the last year.

Power department also asks the international partners to help with search of this person, the Censor.NET the reference to "Interfax Ukraine" informs.

"As well as the head of Security service of Ukraine Valentin Nalivaychenko promised, the Security service of Ukraine will publish a name and a surname of the employee of the Russian military investigation - the employee of GRU GSh MO Russian Federation with a call sign Konstantin who carried out preparation and directed each action of the inhabitant of Lugansk area Anastasia Kovalenko. It as you remember, had to carry out on December 17, 2014 an act of terrorism in the center of Kiev. The Russian officer is called Konstantin Martynov, according to operational data, it is directly involved in the organization of an act of terrorism which managed to be prevented", - the adviser to the head of SBU Markiyan Lubkivsky reported.

SBU addressed to partners, to render member countries of the international conventions on fight against terrorism with information on K. Martynov and a request assistance in his search .
M. Lubkivsky also noted that before SBU established that K. Martynov with a call sign Konstantin "directly carried out it (A. Kovalenko. - An edition) preparation also directed each its action".

Let's remind, SBU in December prevented act of terrorism in the center of Kiev. The explosive device was in a bag which in the area between theater of Iván Franco and the Maidan of Independence was carried on December 17 with herself by the inhabitant of Lugansk Kovalenko. The mass of explosive in a bag made 3 kg in a trotyl equivalent if the explosive device worked, diameter of scattering of splinters would make 500 meters. "There could be mass victims", - M. Lubkivsky noted then.
