Today there are many straight lines and indirect demonstrations of direct invasion of the Russian troops into Ukraine therefore the reserved position of the international community about recognition of the Russian Federation an aggressor cannot last long.
Declared it on Monday during a meeting of UNSC the constant representative of Ukraine to the UN Yury Sergeyev, the Censor.NET with reference to Ukrinform.
"I want once again to urge the Russian Federation not to play upon words - here not theater. We have many proofs of your straight line and indirect aggression against Ukraine. We are still limited in full recognition of Russia as aggressor. But so cannot long proceed", - the representative of Ukraine .
According to him, the Russian Federation, "whose troops directly take part in military operations in the territory of Ukraine, bears responsibility for death civil in Mariupol, Volnovakh, Donetsk and other settlements of Ukraine".
The head of the Ukrainian Representation also expressed concern about that the Russian Federation as the permanent member of UNSC the day before prevented adoption of the statement by Council for an occasion of Mariupol. This Russia "showed absolute disrespect not only for the Charter of the UN, but also for human values, having blocked condemnation of heinous crimes by Council against humanity which were committed by terrorists in Mariupol ".
He reminded that at a meeting of UN Security Council last week the Ukrainian delegation called concrete data on 16 Russian battalions which are in Ukraine, however after that figures did not decrease: "Last time in this hall we spoke about 9 thousand Russian military in Ukraine, today we speak already about 12 thousand, 235 tanks, 720 armored personnel carrier, 263 artillery systems. What do they do in the sovereign territory of Ukraine?" - Sergeyev addressed to the Russian delegation.
The representative of Ukraine once again called Moscow for immediate implementation of the Minsk agreements. In this regard he also noted that Ukraine would like to get the international support, "that Russia was compelled to keep the promises".
