Dear compatriots!

Today's terrible tragedy under Volnovaha refers to those events that even under the strict standards of the current times differ in their cruelty. From which cold soul.

Terrorists from the so-called DNR struck a rocket attack on the bus with civilians.

Monsters, for which, besides impaired rubles, there is nothing more Holy, intentionally killed ten civilians, among them - and a fourteen year old girl. Another 16 women and men were wounded, all of them civilians.

These death - on the conscience of the United danerous-lanerossi gangs and those who are behind it, from whose hands it feeds on; its arms, mustrum and inspires bloody crimes.

And our soldiers are able to give a fitting rebuff. And those who today again stormed Donetsk airport, felt it on their own skins.

As supporters of peace, we are ready to defend their land. Since September of last year, while we managed to stop active hostilities, we have built up the muscles. Weekly pass in armies of hundreds of weapons and military equipment, both new and refurbished.

Tomorrow I will sign a decree on the next wave of mobilization. I am sure that the Ukrainian people will support this decision, and mobilization will be successful.

In connection with the terrorist attack, we have to further strengthen restrictions on movement across the line, which are controlled by the militants areas of Donbass.

And the erection of fortifications that protect against possible counter-attack by militants - is almost complete.

However, I remain a peaceful settlement in the Donbass as part of my peace plan and the Minsk agreements. Did, do and will do everything possible for that. And even impossible.

The day before yesterday in Paris together with the leaders of the leading countries of the world and millions of French, I have honored the memory of victims of the terrorist attack in the capital of France.

Mass shooting in Paris and Volnovaha are events from the same series. The civilized world must unite in the fight against terrorism.

Today I spoke with the President of the European Parliament. Martin Schulz said that on Thursday the European Parliament shall call on the EU to include the so-called DNR and LNR in the list of terrorist organizations.

And it will be a proper international legal assessment of the actions of the militants, who do not want peace in the Donbass, who refuse to perform in Minsk agreement; which do not comply with the ceasefire that attack our troops and kill peaceful Ukrainian citizens.

I Express my deep condolences to the families of victims at the hands of terrorists.

Invite the world to show solidarity with Ukraine and all Ukrainians to unity before the threat, which is the aggression against our country and terrorist attacks. We Motherland - Ukraine, and we will defend it!

Recall, today, about 14:30, militants from multiple launch rocket systems "Grad" was shot checkpoint in the village Bugas (about Volnovakha). The fire was fought from the settlement Dokuchayevsk. One of the shells fell a few metres from the Shuttle bus Zlatoustovka - Donetsk. The attack killed 10 people. Later in the Donetsk regional state administration reported that died in the hospital a woman under fire roadblock under the Volnovaha. Thus, the number of victims of today's tragedy under Volnovaha reached 11 people, including four men and seven women.

In addition, in-patient treatment remain 17 injured, 16 of which are in Volnovaha, and one transported in Mariupol. All of them receive the necessary medical assistance.
