The Federal air transport Agency motivate the introduction of restrictions for aviation States security considerations

Federal air transport Agency (FAA) of the USA on December 29, extends the prohibition of flights for American aircraft throughout the flight liability Simferopol, Dnepropetrovsk to ensure safety. This is stated in FAA order, posted on the official website of the Federal register U.S. government.

"This action expands the territory, which prohibits flights persons, certain Special rules Federal regulation (SFAR) No. 113, including all the flight zone of responsibility Simferopol, Dnepropetrovsk," reads the document.

It is stressed that such a step is associated with the need to "prevent potential hazard to persons and aircraft used in such flights.

In early April of this year the FAA has introduced special regulations SFAR No. 113, which was entitled "Prohibition of certain flights in the area dispatch service Simferopol". The document excluded the possibility of air in part of the zone air responsibility of Simferopol.

The document is applicable to all air carriers, U.S. commercial operators, as well as persons who have the testimony of the pilots of the USA, except when such individuals are acting on aircraft, registered in the United States, but as a foreign carriers. The list also includes operators of civil aircraft registered in the United States, except when such operators are foreign carriers.

Recall, the State aviation service December 13, closed all flights to Kharkov, Dnepropetrovsk and Zaporozhye for security reasons. Airports Kharkov and Dnepropetrovsk resumed its work on the morning of 16 December. Zaporozhye airport resumed its work the night before.
