"Regarding the number of armed groups with terrorist groups - I would like to say that this is very spicy, complex, unpredictable situation creates divisions, including the Russian Federation - I mean intakes of food, with other means of livelihood, in order then to use those people who live there, they will have no other choice, so they went to serve in an illegal armed formation. Recently, according to the data we have today, there are very few illegal armed groups of people from Donetsk and Lugansk - up to 15-20%.
