The Ukrainian military has ordered a GK Ukroboronprom repair of large quantities of equipment

The Ministry of defence ordered a GK Ukroboronprom repair. Now perform large enterprises of the concern, in particular, Lviv, Kyiv, Mykolaiv, Kharkiv and Zhytomyr armored plants. It is reported by the press service of the Ukroboronprom.

Infantry combat vehicles, armored personnel carriers and tanks will restore and upgrade to the needs of the Ukrainian army in the near future - until the end of 2014. The total amount of the order is almost 230 million USD.

A separate order on 12 mln UAH also went to SE Shepetivka repair plant, which specializes in the repair of rocket and artillery armament of the state. Ukrainian military will restore self-propelled howitzers and mobile intelligence points.

Vehicles undertook to repair the specialists of the state enterprise Kharkiv automobile plant. Order amount - almost 5 million USD.

Recall, according to the defense Ministry, last week, within three days, the Armed Forces of Ukraine received more than 1 thousand samples of new and upgraded weapons. To these samples is 21 radar, 18 howitzers, 10 armored personnel carriers, 493 units of the new small arms and 500 bore sights. In addition, it was renovated 30 units of rocket-artillery armament, 43 units of armored weapons, 235 units of motor vehicles.
