"I have just returned from Brussels, we discussed the recent summit in Wales, which took place, and the fact that NATO was created specifically to help Ukraine trust funds. They work in five areas: Command, communications, and management", "logistics", "Rotation", "Cybersecurity", "Rehabilitation". For each trust Fund fixed certain countries, all of this happens on a voluntary basis and it's all very controlled because NATO is very interested in the question of control over the assistance that it provides. There will be special people who will monitor the implementation here in Ukraine," she said.
