Russian President Vladimir Putin did not understand and have not learned anything. Ahead of a deep crisis with rising prices and the impoverishment of the people.

According to the Censor.NET, this on its page  in Facebook wrote Russian opposition leader Boris Nemtsov.

"While Putin began to speak, the rouble strengthened against the background of rise in price of oil. All was well. The dollar was given 58 p, oil rose by 4.5%.
