According to him, the ceasefire is violated by terrorists and at any moment could turn into a new hard confrontation. "Russia may launch a full-scale continental war, and this can happen at any time. We have no alternative but to be ready for it. Our task, the task of the Council is to ensure the full mobilization of all the resources," he said.

Turchynov added that Ukraine must build a strong defense complex and be ready for possible aggression and to fully release the Ukrainian territory. "Our war will end only when we release the Donbas and the Crimea", - he stressed.

"Despite the terrible economic problems, we must create one of the most powerful armies in Europe. Without this it is impossible to win such an aggressor as the Russian Federation," Turchynov said.
