Russian President ordered the creation of a new fundamental scientific work on the Crimean Peninsula, process owner appointed Prime Minister Medvedev

Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the government and the Academy of Sciences to prepare fundamental research work on the history of the Crimea. Responsible for this work, which should be completed by December 1, 2017, Putin was appointed Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev, reports Russian service Bi-bi-si.

The preparation of a new history of the Crimea is entered in the number of orders that Putin at the meeting with young scientists and teachers of history, held on 5 November. Tuesday, December 16, the list of orders was published on the Kremlin website.

Putin also instructed the Minister of defence Sergei Shoigu to consider about simplification of the access to public archives of the Ministry of defence during the Second world war.

Let's remind, on December 4 in the message to the Federal Assembly, Putin declared that "sacred value" of the Crimea, where, according to him, "was baptized, and then all baptized Rus Prince Vladimir.

However, the Russian President did not mention that Vladimir was Prince of Kiev, and in historical science no clear opinion about the place and time of the baptism of Prince Vladimir.

The leader of the Crimean Tatar people Mustafa Dzhemilev, commenting on Putin's words about the "sacredness" of the Crimea said: "the Fact that there was christened Prince Vladimir, he was a Prince Vladimir of Kiev. If someone in our territory baptized or something else did, and on this basis... Then Moscow, too, for the Crimean Tatars very sacred place - Devlet Giray, after he had captured Moscow (1571 - editor), hung up his whip for the edification of others. But we do not pretend to Moscow, as our sacred place".

"In short, Russia's policy there is a strong primitivism. But this is for domestic consumption abroad laugh at him," Dzhemilev.
