This resolution of the House of representatives supports the efforts of President Poroshenko and the Ukrainian people in the adoption world that includes the complete withdrawal of Russian troops from its territory, complete control over the border, disarmament separatists and militants, the limitation of the Russian Federation to use energy exports and trade barriers as weapons, the cessation of the intervention of the Russian Federation in Ukraine's internal Affairs.

This resolution condemns the political, economic and military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, Georgia and Moldova, the violation of their sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity. It says that the aggression of Russia in Ukraine is a violation of the UN Charter and the Budapest Memorandum, and also poses a threat to international peace.

The resolution urges the Russian Federation to stop the illegal annexation of the Crimea, support for the separatists and withdraw military forces from the region. And to withdraw its military forces from Ukraine, Georgia and Moldova, to discontinue support for their separatist and disrupt the September agreement on ceasefire.

The house of representatives urges the President of the United States to provide the Ukrainian government the necessary weapons for protection, services, and intelligence. And calls on NATO to cease all military cooperation with Russia. And also urges the President of the United States to cooperate with allies to ensure that illegal annexation of the Crimea was not recognized to impose additional sanctions against the Russian Federation and its leadership.

The house of representatives urges the President in consultation with Congress to revise the military readiness of U.S. and NATO; urges the EU and Ukraine and other European countries to support the diversification of energy sources, and the President of the United States Department of State, and to develop a strategy of confrontation between the Russian propaganda.
