In the Russian Federation, the Ukrainian wise owl, which pierces Russia's territory with a sword, was expectedly criticized. However, the emblem fully corresponds to the military doctrine of Ukraine.

Officials of the Russian regime and propagandists are discussing a new emblem of the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine - an owl piercing the Russian territory with a sword. Attention to the emblem of Ukrainian intelligence, the Russians drew after the presentation of the new chief of the GUR on October 24. The head of the GUR was Vasily Burba, who had worked in the SBU for a long time, a member of the anti-terrorist operation in the Donbass. The previous head of the GUR Valery Kondratyuk went to work in the presidential administration.

The new emblem of Ukraine's military intelligence is executed in the form of an owl (symbol of wisdom, ingenuity, lightness, personification of knowledge, insight and enlightenment), piercing the sword (on the hilt - the coat of arms of Ukraine) of the territory of the Russian Federation, which is highlighted in gray on the world map. On the emblem at the top is written "Military Intelligence of Ukraine", immediately below it - an inscription made in Latin, in translation means "Wise will rule over the stars" or "Mind prevails over the stars". The owl is executed in the mystical and awesome guise of the night hunter. Simultaneously, the owl, as you know, hunts for bats - a symbol of Russian intelligence, whose motto sounds like "above only the stars."

Commenting on the emblem, the odious Russian vice-premier Dmitry Rogozin called her "debility", attributing the inscription on the design of the scene (Ukraine - above all!) To the emblem. And although the Ukrainian military intelligence officers do not hide that Ukraine is above all, however, there is no inscription on the emblem. "Direct translation from German," - indignant Rogozin. A number of Russian media appealed to the heraldists, who criticized the emblem for the obvious anti-Russian subtext.

However, according to the updated military doctrine of Ukraine from 2015, the Moscow regime in Russia is the main threat to the security of the Ukrainian state. Among other things, the document contains provisions by which the Ukrainian state reserves the right to "by any means fight the enemy, including striking the enemy on its territory." Ukraine also allows for special operations on the territory of the enemy, reserves the right to use force - "against the aggressor and the occupier of Russia" - with a view to restoring territorial integrity.

Russia, recognized as an aggressor country, continues to occupy Ukrainian territories - the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, as well as certain regions in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions of Ukraine. For its aggression against Ukraine, the regime in Moscow was condemned at the level of the UN General Assembly. Against the Putin regime sanctions were imposed. In addition, the Russian side is suspected of organizing the destruction of the MH17 flight. According to the data of the independent international investigation, the Buck system, which hit the plane, arrived in the Donbass from the territory of the Russian Federation, and after the shot - returned there. A number of countries require an international trial of Russian leaders, including about war crimes in Syria. Moscow is trying to interfere with the investigation.
