I am a Russian, was born in Maikop, but in the 80th moved to Kirovograd. And recently started living in Kiev. I graduated from the Kiev highest general command school, faculty of investigation. Served in Mongolia, then in Afghanistan, then in Kirovograd, in crew of a special purpose. Then left from there on the citizen and was engaged in business. And now went the volunteer because war is a work for which you are paid and it is not obligatory money. You are paid in respect, even the family is the highest payment.

The main thing that your relatives were protected. Sometimes even it is a little a shame to me when people approach, start reaping a hand, to thank. And I want to thank them when they give the last, for this purpose, that we protected them.

My rank - the lieutenant colonel when I came in "Aydar" the volunteer, offered me a position of the chief of a staff, I refused as I never conducted staff work and I understand it badly. Therefore went the ordinary soldier. Having fought 2 and a half months, but seeing that in a battalion there are no commanders officers, went to army and told that I am ready to take the responsibility. I was appointed the deputy commander of a battalion. I carry out these duties since the end of September to the present.

Now we were given the chance in "Aydar" of people to dress, put, put on a monetary allowance, to create companies, platoons, to carry out fighting coordination which now happens, and already during this time people will be defined, whether they want farther to do military service, or to leave on the citizen.

It is the only battalion from voluntary battalions which has to be at war. The others - militia battalions. They have to serve on posts, check cars, smuggling, but not to go on a front line. The national guard - not warring division, it just what stand on the second line of defense, and on a front line always goes army. People who go to militia battalions, think that it is warring divisions, but it is wrong and even it is bad. They should not be at war and have no right. 
Now commanders of voluntary battalions blame army, that occurs, but after all sometimes they conduct the soldiers on a front line.

In general the General Staff also has to be responsible for this mess, and we after all too are not always responsible for the acts. We do not answer why we, for example, chose Yanukovych who disorganized army and all sold. Now the army is only created. The General Staff plans operation, command of land forces develops a certain plan on a place.

The chief of the General Staff, despite of the one who it will be: Ivanov, Petrov, Muzhenko, without difference who, cannot be responsible for each commander of a battalion. At us officer shots were gone, an average link, schools disappeared, and to order there is nobody. Soldiers - patriots, there is a lot of them, and - it is not enough officer shots. Therefore to us it is necessary to undertake again after 15-20 years of a break this work .

Now everyone is obliged to someone in power: the president is obliged to one people, the prime minister by another. Ministers and chiefs too are obliged to someone, as well as deputies who passed on elections. If the person who is obliged to anybody by nothing, probably, came all breathed sigh of relief. Important one - is the law, and it needs to be carried out rigidly.

We have in a battalion each soldier is, as each gopher in the field - the agronomist. Give interview, tell how it is correct to conduct military operations. I am called somehow and speak: "there you have a deputy commander of a battalion, some Sasha or Seryozha", - and I answer that I have no such deputies. Give its phone, and this is the ordinary soldier. Soldiers decided that they can be represented by commanders, zamkomandira, chiefs of staffs. Earlier for carrying a military uniform term relied, and that you were represented by any commander, it was possible to go to prison. Now it for some reason departed. But personally I will rigidly stop such actions.

People give interviews in which tell about actions of a battalion and movements of divisions. Or about plans. The person does not understand at all that it is prison. It would be desirable that also journalists understood that if the person issues them such information, he can sit down. Information needs to be controlled very strongly. Information on actions of a battalion have the right to give only the commander of a battalion or people who is appointed. I try to give seldom information, there are people with legal education with which I can charge it.

Many still live, without understanding that occurs. To me the inquiry came from militia, giving information on my fighters. I always refuse to militia though say to me that I have no right, but there are cases when our people suffered because started checking information issued about them through Donetsk. Also there was such person at whom kidnapped the daughter. It was hardly pulled out. Therefore I give military information only to military.

I want to make so that the army was elite of our society. Perhaps, it will not be big, but worthy, such that mother with the father will be proud, knowing that their son - the soldier.

The army now is not enough, the same, as to society - education, we, military, after all too from society we go. The arms - will come, and here if did not bring up since the childhood, will not bring up any more. And the state has to make such laws that the soldier is there was really dear person. And normal commanders will choose the best people and will train them. Yes are there will be no professional divisions because the officer can be the person who studied, at least 4-5 years and in addition passed some practice. We will pass on experience, and further the state has to work - to create military colleges and to train people. And still it is possible to study abroad and even it is necessary. They have high technologies, and they worry about the people because human shots are not restored. The technician - yes, well lined the tank, patched or created new, and killed the person - all. He needs to be given rise, grown up, taught, and it passes more than 20 years. For now we live by the old principle: it seems, Zhukov spoke: "The Russian women still will give birth". But it is necessary not to feel sorry for the soldier, and to protect.

Creating powerful army, it is necessary to pay, of course. But, when I am asked and if to pay you more, you will better protect the country? I answer that as the person is trained - so he and protects. If it is only trained to shoot from the machine gun, he cannot entrust the plane.

If the person is professionally trained, he also will be a professional. And to be at war will go, only when he knows that his family will be protected, and what to him happened - his wife and the child will be always provided. It is one of those factors which can really lead to professional army.

At the moment the state will not pull to make such army, but can create it in system of collective security, let, the small - not 200-300 thousand, but the same 50 thousand, but professionals. Besides each guy has to pass at least half a year of training in fields, girls - at will. And farther to choose: or go on a civil path, or to army. Now politicians should think of it and to be engaged in the welfare, improvement of the life and tamping of pockets less. They think that time came to the power, very much for a long time. There is such feeling that somewhere on BP is written "inhabitants of heaven". But the following wave can take down and them. As one fighter, and he from the Maidan told at me: "You report to them, as will be enough for current deputies of trash cans".

It is possible to spit and tell that I went to do the favorite thing especially as I am a person not poor, provided. To be at war in the conditions of the destroyed army - it is difficult, but there is no place to disappear, and hands cannot be lowered. To us the psychologist came, and we passed a test regarding as far as we are normal people. Checked all, and normal was only one and only because he knew this test, and all others were abnormal. The person who grabs the weapon and goes to be at war, knowing that can be lost at any time, after all it is difficult to call it completely normal. But, can thanking here such abnormal, the country continues to live further?!

As in Afghanistan, and here I remembered one that not always strong, handsome guys - heroes. Usually, just, contrast. I saw people who told many beautiful words, but did not confirm them in practice. When in Novosvetlovke there was a fight, the part of people did not sustain, was developed and left, and, appear, that it is strong people; and were there and such children who could drink, thin, imperceptible, with what in due time I thought even to leave, they remained and died in the last ditch.

There is such Sasha Poltava, he now at us does not serve any more. He in two days was three times contused, despite it everything strained to be in action. I pushed it to the cellar because saw that at it pupils in eyes went not synchronously, saliva flew, pulled the speech, but he all the same said that is ready to be at war. And when at us 2 persons were lost, were burned with a direct hit of a mine, all were afraid to go that to take away them because powerful attack proceeded, and Sasha went. Went and pulled out these bodies and for it then too was followed by children. In professional army of such there have to be 95-99 percent, that is almost everyone.

In fights I have no fear, there is even some interest. When thrashed from mortars, it there was a wish to be run, having tested, will get to you or not, but it everything is very wrong, this passion.

You after all not immortal. Simply over time you get used to war and you start pushing luck. It is terrible, simple to die all the same after all at some stage you become more stale. When you look at the broken-off companions, first it oppresses, and over time look at the killed and do not test already such emotions. You understand only that you can lie in the same way on its place.

War does not do the person better or worse, it simply shows your education as if you are the person who all in dirt, sand, and war is a fire engine with water. After which you still have your framework, that it is already impossible to wash away, that does not bend. There at once it is shown what you are a person - good or bad.

To order people, without looking what division - a platoon, a company, a battalion, crew, - does not matter: - it does not mean to do itself career, it means to be given to this business. Any business, be you the teacher, the writer, the military is a work. I have a special attitude towards people who went now to the power from army. In due time I had a thought that such people will bring benefit, but I was mistaken. I too once asked myself a question, it seems, if to go to the power, it is possible to make for army something useful, and I had an opportunity to make it, and then reflected: really, war ended? That did I come, for this purpose, here to creep higher and trousers then to wipe in Rada? Or after all, that it everything ended?! Frankly speaking, it became a shame to me with itself. I counted as weakness my desire to go to policy. But I thought again in time. Chose army, a battalion, soldiers. Returned, probably, for this purpose to save someone's lives.
