Neither Russia nor "DNR" and "LPR" will not affect the process of preparing amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine.

About it the correspondent of the Censor.NET, said during the first meeting of the Constitutional Commission in Kyiv, Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk.

"The Constitution will write the President of Ukraine, the Ukrainian Constitutional Commission, the Ukrainian Parliament and the Ukrainian people. Neither Moscow nor anyone else shall have the right to tell us what we must have a Constitution," - said Yatsenyuk.
The head of the Cabinet stressed that the interests of that part of Ukraine, which is now occupied by armed separatists, is only possible during the dialogue with the entire population of these territories.

"If we are talking about our dialogue with the East, this dialog only with the legitimately elected representatives of the East country, and not with Russian gangsters and terrorists. In the framework of the Minsk agreement, we expect Russia to these agreements and the conduct of fair and transparent local elections, " he said.
