Russian-terrorist troops in a conflict zone on Donbass continue to concentrate forces and means on separate sites and the directions, considerably strengthening the main striking tactical forces and continuing to fire at the advanced positions of the Ukrainian troops, and on separate sites and carrying out the attacking actions of tactical level.

For the last days movement on the territory of Donbass from the territory of Russia of the next 3 escorts of supply – both on "southern", and on "northern" to routes is recorded.

Especially actively the opponent increases fighting capacity of the New Azov tactical group by transfer of reinforcements both from the North from Telmanovo, and from the territory of the Russian Federation, directly through the Ukrainian-Russian border. At the moment the number of tanks on this direction is brought to 17 units (the most part is directly on northern suburbs of Novoazovsk and to the north from this settlement so far), the armored combat vehicles (ACV) - more than 30 units. "On a first line" in this area small and mobile groups "DNR Armies" which by offensive actions try to remove Shirokino's line reached by the Ukrainian troops – Pavlopol operate.

For manifestation of such activity terrorists and the Russian mercenaries received ideal conditions – lack of special counteraction of the Ukrainian troops satisfying conditions of peace Minsk agreements promotes carrying out by the opponent actions for increase of level of fighting capacity of the formations. The Ukrainian troops only defend and return fire only.

On Alchevsko-Pervomaisk the direction the opponent actively accumulates material resources and at the moment doesn't even try to represent "branch of heavy equipment and artillery", as on other sites. Around N of the item Stakhanov-White - Alchevsk some artillery groups of Russian-terrorist troops (only 36 tools of barreled artillery, 12 RSZO installations are concentrated and 18 SAU), thus replenishment of their stocks of ammunition (in Stakhanov temporary transshipment and unloading point for these purposes is created) actively proceeds.

Earlier recorded branch of equipment of "LNR army" to the north of and to the east of Lugansk appeared the deceptive course of terrorists. Fighters allocated deep into for the territory controlled by them (on repair bases) only faulty and not combat-ready military equipment. Other equipment and arms are taken away on insignificant distance, carefully dispersed and disguised.

From the area Debaltseve to the south two summary divisions of Russian-terrorist troops (company tactical group and the strengthened tank battalions) completed with the military personnel of VS of Russia and suffered serious losses in fights on the Debaltsevsky base are allocated for the Luhansk region for fighting capacity restoration (the tank battalion lost not less than 8 tanks). Divisions are taken away by parts, mainly in a night-time. Thus branch of data of divisions is given by the opponent as "implementation of the Minsk arrangements".

At the same time terrorists actively try to restore full operability of the Debaltsevsky railway junction for the accelerated transfer of material means through this junction. To the area Debaltseve already there arrived the first echelon with ammunition from 6 cars from the territory of the Russian Federation.

Around N of the item Donetsk terrorists continue to concentrate new formations in three districts of the city (Kuibyshev, Kiev and Petrovsky), and also carry out active attacks of positions of the Ukrainian troops from mortars and heavy infantry arms, sometimes making attacks also from artillery and tank guns. In Krasnogorovk's strip – Noise considerable activity of Russian-terrorist troops is noted – in particular, some attempts to attack the advanced positions of the Ukrainian troops by forces of tactical group of fighters (to the strengthened platoon) with assistance of mortars and artillery are recorded.

In the area Dokuchayevsk – Novolaspa the opponent carries out a regrouping of the divisions, concentrating the main forces and means on the direction to the northwest of Volnovakhi and on a site from N of the item. Granite to the area to the south of N of the item of Telmanovo. Movement of 13 tanks, 8 BBM, 25 army covered trucks is noted.
