For last days off (21-22.02.2015) in a conflict zone on Donbass Russian-terrorist troops continued to violate roughly peace arrangements, carrying out attacks of positions of the Ukrainian troops (including from heavy arms) and making attempts of offensive actions, and also carrying out a regrouping of troops.

The most difficult situation developed the seaside (Mariupol) direction. In particular, the opponent continues transfer of tactical reserves to the region Bezymennoye. Within the last days transfer about 350 people, 15 units of cargo transport, about 20 units of armor equipment is recorded (including 6 tanks). These reserves are developed on a narrow site in the area from the coast to the route T0519.

At the same time positions of the Ukrainian troops around N of the item of Shirokino are fired by the art group supporting troops of the opponent. As a part of art group - 4 fire divisions (2 – barreled artillery, 1 – RSZO, 1 - SAU). Attempts of tank divisions of the opponent to attack positions of the Ukrainian troops in this area were fixed. Activity of air reconnaissance of the opponent (UAV) is noted.

The Ukrainian troops continue to hold a sector of the front together with the base around N of the item Svetlodarsk and Lugansk. The opponent periodically conducts attacks of positions of the Ukrainian troops in this area, however the main part of the formations participating in fights for Debaltseve are taken away for fitting.

Besides, attacks and attempts to stick near fight in Krasnogorovk's strip – Avdeevka proceed. On the western direction around N of the item Marinka two so-called "wandering" mortar batteries of Russian-terrorist troops are fixed.

To the south of Donetsk in a strip of Stepnoye-Granitnoye the opponent continues to condense fighting orders and to throw a reinforcement, creating striking tactical force. For the last 2 days arrival in this region of 3 large escorts of supply - to only 40 trucks, and also 24 units of military equipment is recorded (including 8 units of SAU 2S1 "Carnation" and 2C3 "Acacia" as a part of two fire divisions, 5 tanks, 7 BBM, and also special cars, including the command and control vehicles (CCV), and also mobile point of investigation and management of divisions of air defense of a tactical link).

On 6.00 23.02.2015 the artillery group of Russian-terrorist troops around Dokuchayevsk continued to work. Despite statements of the guide of terrorists about readiness to take away heavy arms, positions of this art group become stronger, active transportation of ammunition is fixed.

The opponent continues to accumulate forces and means in Donetsk (Petrovsky and Kuibyshev areas). From the area Debaltseve a number of bands of "DNR" which were taking part in fights on the base returned to this settlement. Fighting capacity restoration, fitting and a dovooruzheniye of these formations sushchestvlyatsya already on their arrival in Donetsk. For these purposes arrival in Donetsk at least two large escorts with manpower and arms is expected for 23-24.02.

Around Yasinovataya concentration of the tactical group of Russian-terrorist troops incorporating at least 30 units fighting armor the technician is noted (from them not less than 12 tanks).

Arrival in Ilovaysk from the territory of Russia of the next echelon with ammunition for terrorist formations of "DNR" is recorded.

Actively process of restoration of fighting capacity of formations of Russian-terrorist troops on the Alchevsko-Stakhanovsky site proceeds. For this purpose through Krasnodon and the Red Beam there is an active transfer of additional reserves. Movement of 35 units of the motor transport and 22 units of military equipment is recorded. Transfer to this region of 2 batteries of howitzers of D-30 is also recorded.
