In the National Security and Defense Council made the decision to appeal to the UN and the European Union to develop police mission in the country.

The Censor.NET reports about it. 

"Very important question which was considered, and, the decision on the appeal to the UN, to the EU concerning deployment in Ukraine of operation on providing the world and safety is respectively made. There is a speech that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will prepare the address", - the secretary the National Security and Defense Council Oleksandr Turchynov declared.

Turchynov noted that the peacekeeping contingent has to be on the line of contact and on the site of the Ukrainian border which isn't controlled by the authorities of the country.
