Russian-terrorist troops on Donbass continue to violate conditions of "truce" roughly. Attacks of positions of the Ukrainian troops and civil objects for the last days were most actively conducted on the Debaltsevsky and Mariupol directions (small arms, tanks, mortars, barreled artillery, Jet system of volley fire).

Fire was opened by fighters, the Russian mercenaries and military personnel of the Russian Federation and on other sites (generally – from 82 mm and 120-mm mortars). Some attempts of approach from Russian-terrorist troops are also recorded. The Ukrainian troops tear off only backfire, and in the first half of yesterday (16.02.2015) fire was opened by them only from small arms (the artillery began to be applied by the Ukrainian party only from the second half of day).

Around to the east N of the item Gorlovka concentration of the battallion tactical group of Russian-terrorist troops completed with the military personnel of two crews of Russian Armed Forces actually ended (a constant place of a dislocation – the Southern federal military district of the Russian Federation). In structure of this BTG to 350 people, 15 tanks (2 of them neboyegotova, need under repair), about 35 BBM, some (not less than 6) antiaircraft ZU-23-2 installations, two tens special cars. Support of this BTG is carried out by artillery division (6 SAU 2C3 "Acacia", one neboyegotova).

Near Uglegorsk one more tactical group completed with local fighters (generally from structure of a band "East" and the former formation so-called is developed. "A national militia of Donbass" in Gorlovka I. Bezlera). In total as a part of group – to 150 people, 6 tanks, to 10 BBM, 2 armor BTS-4 tractors, 6 army trucks, 3 jeeps and 3 buses. The group during march of Gorlovka lost 1 BTR-80 and 1 MT-LB because of technical malfunctions.

To Vergulevka's region the company tactical group of Russian-terrorist troops completed with the Russian mercenaries (non Slavic appearance) is thrown. The group has pronounced shock character (at least 15 tanks, to 10 covered army trucks, six 120-mm mortars, 2 BMP-2 and 1 command and control vehicle on the basis of BTR-80.

Formations of Russian-terrorist troops strike fire blows to positions of the Ukrainian troops around Debaltsevo from jet and barreled artillery at once from several directions: positions of barreled artillery to the northwest of Alchevsk are recorded, from RSZO is fired from Stakhanov's region, also fire is conducted with positions to the north of Shakhtyorsk and to the northeast of Makeyevka, RSZO from east suburbs of Gorlovka are incidentally connected. During the last 3 days the gun-fire of the opponent became more ordered and systematic, existence of the specialized point of management of artillery developed in this area is felt.

Promotion of artillery group of Russian-terrorist troops to the district of Pervomaisk is at the same time recorded. As a part of art group - 2 batteries (one battery of the towed 122-mm howitzers of D-30, the second - SAU 2S1 "Carnation").

Through Lugansk on its east suburb the column of armored machinery and the towed artillery of the opponent which arrived from the northern direction proceeded. As a part of a column - about 25 pieces of equipment and 220-250 people of staff.

In the territory controlled by "LNR" new splash "wars for gasoline" between formations of "LNR" and so-called "Cossack" formations which control to 80% of gas station in the south of the Luhansk region is recorded. Fuel comes to these areas from the Russian Federation in two ways – escorts (from 10 to 15 petrolrefuelers in each column, moving accompanied by armed security forces) and laid earlier illicit "pipelines". The management of "LNR" demands from "Cossacks" to transfer part of illicit fuel "for needs of the republic" whereas "Cossacks" don't agree to share "business". On an opposition wave at the end of January two gas stations controlled by "Cossacks" burned down as a result of "diversions".
